Gaddi's

The old French restaurant, luxurious decoration, exquisite goblets, shining silverware, and attentive waiters who speak both Chinese and English, all of which are low-key expressions of the restaurant's elegance. Slowly stepping onto the second floor of the Peninsula Hotel, the red wine shines even more charmingly against the backdrop of the Kun Ting candlesticks. Pan-fried hungry liver with apples, the two flavors collide on the tip of the tongue, and the freshness of the apples makes the foie gras sweet. Paired with tender steak, it makes the dining mood so good that it takes off.

It is an old French restaurant, the environment is naturally impeccable, there are many waiters, and they are very professional and handsome when pouring wine. There is no need to worry about communication problems. The waiters are omnipotent, and they can speak Chinese and English seamlessly. They can recite the recommended dishes by heart. The food is quite exquisite, and the dining time is not short. They also thoughtfully prepared a small gift to celebrate the birthday, which was a bit of a surprise. I give full marks for both the food and the service, and I really enjoyed it.
