Recommend the beef brisket rice noodles. The soup is so sweet and tastes so good! The beef brisket juice is excellent. The rice noodles are mixed with the brisket juice soup, which is rich and smooth. It's a pity that the beef brisket is tough and chewy, which is a fly in the ointment. $36 with hot drinks, an unexpected surprise!

The barbecued pork rice is delicious, the best in the place! The half-fat and half-lean barbecued pork is very delicious with a salty and sweet taste, and the scrambled egg inside is super tender. The soy sauce chicken is ok and tender, but the sauce tastes a bit salty. The curry cuttlefish balls have a strong curry flavor and the cuttlefish balls are very chewy.
The logo of Dingtai Pickled Fish is really a big cauldron that can lift a lot of weight. The signature Pickled Fish Hot Pot is 238 yuan/2 people, 328 yuan/3 people, 398 yuan/4 people, with lettuce, instant noodles or bamboo shoots. There is also a traditional lamb brisket pot, 298 yuan/small, 398 yuan/large.
Zai Xing BBQ in Wan Chai is the most famous BBQ restaurant in Hong Kong. I was still struggling with what to order when I entered the restaurant, but the boss couldn't wait and recommended the two most expensive dishes, roast suckling pig rice and three treasures rice. I went to Zai Xing BBQ to eat the three treasures rice at noon. This was my favorite lunch on this trip. It was so delicious that I forgot to take pictures!
The char siu here is one of Hong Kong's most famous foods, and it's very affordable. It's truly delicious, primarily because Hong Kong char siu isn't primarily sweet, but rather a combination of sweet and savory. It has the aroma of pork without the fishy smell, and is soft, tender, fresh, and fragrant. Absolutely delicious!
The place is very small, so you basically have to share tables. As for the flavor… you absolutely have to use the sauce on the table! That's the real kicker! The barbecued pork and roast duck combo: I can't say enough about their barbecued pork. Brother Qiang said it was the worst barbecued pork he'd had in recent days... The roast goose was pretty good.
When it's busy, you'll have to wait in line for a table. But the char siu is truly delicious, with a nice balance of fat and lean meat, and it's incredibly filling when eaten with rice. Oh my goodness, it's truly delicious! I never eat the skin, but when I eat the char siu rice here, I eat every last bit of it!
Worth a try! Both the barbecued pork and roast goose are good, but I prefer the barbecued pork rice. It's soft and sweet, not greasy, with just the right amount of fat and lean meat. The portion is large. I ordered the signature three treasures rice. I wanted to order the roast goose rice, but was told it was sold out, so the boss recommended the suckling pig rice.
