TASTY CONGEE & NOODLE WANTUN SHOP (IFC Branch)

The signature dish of Zhengdou Noodle and Congee Expert is wonton noodles with pork belly sauce. I didn't ask for anything else, but they actually served pork belly sauce separately. The taste is very good. There is also pork meatball congee with fried dough sticks. The dry fresh prawn congee and fried beef noodles are also very good.

The food in this shop is really good, all of which have the flavors I like. The porridge is very smooth and fluffy, the dim sum is also very good, the price/performance ratio is also good, the environment is nice, you can slowly sip tea, highly recommended, after a good meal you can also go shopping in the mall.

Zhengdou, judging by its grand facade and decoration, is a high-end restaurant. Among the "selected side dishes", it was hard to find two dishes that were under 100 yuan, "Shredded Chinese lettuce with pepper and fermented bean curd" and "Stir-fried kale with ginger juice", both vegetarian dishes were 98 yuan. During the epidemic, the government encouraged takeout, but there was no takeout discount here.

The environment was clean and sanitary, and the decoration was high-end and classy. The waiters were very friendly and smiling. The dim sum was unique and delicious. It is worthy of being an expert in porridge, noodles and rice noodles. There are children's chairs and children's tableware, and the price is slightly higher.

I randomly walked into a restaurant full of locals and ordered a bowl of original Chu Hou beef brisket noodles. The soup had a strong scallop flavor, and with the tender beef brisket, it was a seafood feast that was delicious! !
