Comet Cafe

The Comet Cafe is next to the Space UFO. A notice is posted: "The comet's trajectory is being adjusted. Please fly to the Rocket Cafe to enjoy outer space cuisine." Although food is not being sold for the time being, food models are still on display and the tables are still available for free use.

I wanted to eat some Chinese food while visiting Disney, so I ate at Comet Restaurant. The roast pork rice and wonton noodles there were both good. Although there were no wonton noodles, there were still two Swiss chicken wings. The fish nugget rice was very average.

In fact, I am not sure if I went to this restaurant. There are several restaurants in Disneyland, but I have only been to two of them. In March, I took my daughter, parents, and parents-in-law with me. We had to eat together, so we ordered the set meal on the price list. In my opinion, a set meal should include a salad or soup, a main course, and a drink! Then the set meal of 125 Hong Kong dollars only had a curry rice and a bottle of mineral water. The rice was so small that I almost fainted... My daughter's set meal was super small but the variety was richer. It was 80 Hong Kong dollars or 90 Hong Kong dollars, I forgot, a small pizza, a small corn, two Mickey Mouse head-shaped small watermelons, two round things like small desserts, and a cup of Coke. My daughter was hungry and ate all of them. We were also hungry. We ate all 6 meals. In fact, ordering shrimp dumplings alone is 36 Hong Kong dollars, which is better than ordering dim sum. But Disneyland, it's just to fill your stomach.

I bought Disney's 3-in-1 meal coupons online in advance. When it was time for dinner, I didn't want to eat hamburgers at the Rocket Restaurant, so I chose the Comet Restaurant across the street. My daughter ordered curry beef rice, I chose scallop and shrimp fried rice, and my husband ordered chicken drumstick rice, all of which included soda, and I also ordered dumplings and milk tea. The rice tasted very good and delicious, and the dumplings were also good, much better than the food and beverage in the theme parks in the mainland. But the milk tea was too bad, I just got a bag of Leton milk tea from the cashier and brewed it myself with boiling water, not recommended.

I started to think that the food in Disneyland must be expensive. The price is indeed not cheap at 92 Hong Kong dollars per serving, but the food is delicious and the quality is good! Real! The price is! Real ...
