Who says small towns can't have high-quality food? This restaurant completely defies my stereotype~ 1⃣ Huocheng Yunsheng Hotel · Chinese Restaurant 📍 Located inside the Huocheng Yunsheng Hotel. They specialize in authentic Xinjiang fusion cuisine. New restaurants are truly unique! The restaurant is bright and clean, and the dining experience is incredibly comfortable. A local friend recommended their hand-pulled lamb and large plate chicken. The lamb was tender and not smelly, and the large plate chicken was a generous portion! I especially want to praise the naan pit barbecue, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, completely non-greasy. Open from 10 AM to 10 PM. You can get a very satisfying meal for just 80-150 RMB per person. The service is especially warm and welcoming at this new restaurant. The waiters will also recommend seasonal specialties. Tips: 1. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, making it easy to access via the elevator. 2.
