Opening a restaurant in Sichuan is definitely a skill. This Italian tofu-themed restaurant makes simple ingredients into rich and diverse flavors. I only regret that I didn&rsquo;t bring enough food to taste many dishes.

Shuaifu Restaurant is not far from the south gate of Jianmenguan Scenic Area. The square in front of the gate is large and parking is very convenient. The two of us ordered three dishes and managed to fill ourselves up. We could not meet the requirements of the &quot;Clean Plate&quot; campaign. It was so delicious.
