I don’t know which one is the most authentic. A native friend from Guangyuan quietly recommended this most authentic tofu feast to us. I heard from friends that it is quite authentic. CCTV has filmed it before‼ ️ We arrived at noon. There was a wedding banquet going on in the hall (we almost rushed to get married and eat wine bowls hahaha). A friend helped us book a private room. The overall environment is not bad. The waiters are also very enthusiastic😁 . 🍥『Dishes』 The dishes started to be served. There were a total of 18 dishes made with tofu. I ate enough tofu in the second half of the year today. Haha. Each dish is quite unique. The whole thing is based on the Three Kingdoms theme. The name of each dish is also quite interesting. . 1⃣️【Chrysanthemum Tofu】This dish requires a lot of skills. The chef made it all by hand. He cut the tofu into more than 80 pieces horizontally and vertically, and then served it with broth. The appearance looks like a blooming chrysanthemum, so this name seems to have won an award. It's really amazing~ 2⃣️【Jiang Wei guards the gate】Looking at the meatballs standing by the city gate, they are actually fried tofu. Mustard and salad dressing are added to the meatballs. It tastes a bit like tempura~ 3⃣️【Three Visits to the Thatched Cottage】This dish is really like fried chicken popcorn. Three flavors are placed in a small dish, but it is still tofu when you take a bite~ 4⃣️【Borrowing Arrows with Straw Boat】It is directly served on a boat. It is tofu skin wrapped with vegetable shreds. It feels a bit like spring rolls and tastes very good~ ...... The name of each dish is very suitable for the theme. The whole table is called 【Dream Back to the Three Kingdoms Tofu Feast】My friends and I are carnivores. The more we eat, the more we look forward to meat. As a result, every dish can't escape tofu.
