After driving 12 hours from Beijing to Jilin, the first meal was the Jilin barbecue restaurant that I had been thinking about.
It is said that it is always full of guests at any time, not just before the Spring Festival.
I waited for four or five tables, and when it was my turn, I ordered immediately, and the dishes were served very quickly.
There was too much fat in the skewers, but the others were pretty good.
I ordered a few side dishes, all of which were good.
The environment is basically the same as no environment, and second-hand smoke and greasiness are standard features of skewers.
