All of them are all-you-can-eat. The salmon is good quality, but there's no choice of cuts. The sweet shrimp were delicious, large and quite fresh, and the staff even helped peel them. For sukiyaki, you can choose between spicy and non-spicy hot pots. The staff also cooked the meat for you. The beef was good quality, but the flavor was a bit bland, so we ordered two small plates and didn't order more. There were all kinds of fried foods, desserts, and drinks, including eel, tempura, and baked crab lobster... classic Japanese fare, though the flavor wasn't amazing. There were two types of foie gras: teppanyaki and French-style. The small, delicate pieces had a rich, rich, and fragrant flavor, making them my favorite. Jinan! You're truly a foodie paradise! Who on earth said Jinan doesn't have great food?! I've been to a few random restaurants and was completely amazed, from Huaiyang cuisine to Wagyu and seafood! They're all fantastic dining experiences! Hurry up and grab your friends and check it out this weekend! Guiting Wagyu and Seafood Hotpot I'd say this restaurant is the "Hermès" of hotpot! It's so high-end! The entire ambiance is stunning the moment you enter. They offer six different soup bases, and you won't regret them. Wagyu No. 1, Wagyu Short Ribs, Boston Lobster, Selected Wagyu Sirloin, Seafood Platter, and Wagyu Beef are all excellent. Enjoying all sorts of beef is truly satisfying! Afterward, be sure to have a sip of Roselle and Goji Berry Juice; it's sour and sweet, refreshing, and a welcome relief! Their sashimi is also excellent, with visible ingredients and excellent quality. It's perfect for a date or a get-together with friends! Near Water Jiangnan They specialize in classic Jiangnan dishes. Restaurants in Jinan that make puffer fish are rare, and they're even rarer. Their puffer fish is truly a true hit. It's a northern favorite, salty, fresh, fragrant, and tender. For dessert, try Longfenglou. This restaurant specializes in Fujian cuisine, and the ingredients are all very fresh. The wheat-flavored baked baby blue dragon has a very delicate texture! The aroma was immediately palatable. The seafood shacha hotpot was also good. The service was excellent overall. I'm not sure what to order. Huasheng Japanese Cuisine The environment is quite quiet, and it's a perfect place for Japanese food. The various Japanese snacks are all very authentic. I particularly enjoy their sushi, foie gras, and shrimp tempura. There's also a wide selection of sashimi platters, including salmon, tuna, scallops, and crayfish. The meat is incredibly fresh, so don't hesitate to give it a try. Yuexiu Are there any sisters who enjoy Cantonese cuisine like me? The ambiance is excellent. Upon arrival, a waiter will provide hand towels. The service is excellent. Try the black pepper pork belly; it's not fishy at all, and the black pepper has a nice crunch.
