I went to a few highly recommended small restaurants, and none of them were disappointing. 🍧～～～ 1️⃣ Jiangji Traditional Shengjian: The crust is crispy and charred, and the meat filling is tender and juicy. 2️⃣ Chengxin Youtiao Shop: Jiangxi-style fried dough sticks wrapped in glutinous rice cakes, a perfect combination of salty and sweet. Sticky and glutinous food lovers shouldn't miss it. 3️⃣ Qizhong Xiaorou: Deep-fried pork tenderloin drizzled with a rich sauce. Incredible. 4️⃣ Huishen Canteen: A small Jiangxi stir-fry restaurant in an alley. Every dish is flavorful and bursting with flavor. I recommend the stir-fried snowflake dragon head; the meat is incredibly tender! The overall value is very good. 5️⃣ Cao Jie Beef Bone Noodles: The noodles are smooth and chewy, the beef bones are flavorful, and the portion is generous. Delicious! 😋 6️⃣ Cha Jue Jue: A milk tea shop with a strong porcelain touch, the tea flavor is rich and delicious. 7️⃣ Blacksmith Breakfast Shop: A breakfast shop with a lively atmosphere. The fried eggs with alkaline rice cakes are chewy and delicious! 😋 8️⃣ Yejian Sugar Soup: Mango shaved ice, with lots of large mango chunks, a perfect summer cooler. 9️⃣ Yuzhixiang Fish Noodle House: The fish meal includes a whole fish, which is very fresh and the noodles are soft and chewy. Accommodation recommendation: Jingjianli Hotel. The front desk service is attentive and the experience is excellent. It's convenient to everything, has complete facilities, and is located in the city center. The price per person is under 100 yuan. #JingdezhenTravel
