Cuihuxuan is a Chinese restaurant in an old five-star hotel and one of the only three black pearl restaurants in Kunming. After being renovated two years ago, the environment is very elegant and atmospheric. In terms of dining environment alone, it is absolutely top-notch in Kunming. The dishes mainly feature various Yunnan cuisines, and it is adjacent to the Cuihu Lake, which is more suitable for tourists to check in. The taste of the dishes ordered this time is OK, but the price is very high. A serving of dried mushroom stewed rice is nearly 400 yuan, and a large part of it is paid for the environment and service. The only drawback is that the serving speed is OK at the beginning, and the last dish of dried mushroom stewed rice took a long time to be served! It is a good choice to receive tourists or have a party during festivals.

Kunming Cuihu Hotel's Double Eleven set menu looks good, but it doesn't have much special features. It's actually pretty good. It's very sincere. Although it's just a set menu, it's made with care, but there are few local characteristics and the service is old-fashioned. The color scheme is actually a bit ridiculous, because Kunming is like spring all year round, so almost all the vegetables are green? But it's not a big deal. In fact, it's really summer loofah and autumn okra on the same stage. The more special thing is that the tea is monk fruit tea. [Mint] Environment: A very comfortable new Chinese style.

The location of the restaurant is excellent, on the first floor of Cuihu Hotel. The overall design style is based on blue, with a mix of Chinese and Western styles, which is quite grand. The most famous dishes are the various mushrooms, which fully reflect the local taste and characteristics of Yunnan. The service is excellent, warm and thoughtful.

Went to Cuihu Park for a visit, had lunch here at noon, two bowls of rice noodles and a bowl of fried rice. Rice noodles are a specialty of Yunnan and Guizhou. I went to Guizhou for a week and ate rice noodles all the time. I didn't expect Yunnan to be the same. Fortunately, we are not picky eaters. Of course, Yunnan rice noodles taste great.

There are only 3 restaurants in Kunming that are on the list of Black Pearl restaurants. Today, I went to one of them, Cuihuxuan Chinese Restaurant next to Cuihu Park, located on the first floor of Cuihu Hotel. [Taste] The dishes are exquisite and taste good. I personally like Kraft Wonderful Shrimp. The presentation is also very interesting. In the middle are lettuce, purple cabbage, colorful lettuce, and endive. Orange slices are placed under the shrimp on the outside. The shrimp is decapitated, spread with sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. When you eat it, the freshness of the shrimp is brought out by the sauce, which is endless aftertaste. One person can eat a whole plate.
