I came to Lijiang again after two months. This time I finally saw the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain that I had been thinking about for a long time. I would set an early alarm every day when I stayed in Banyan Tree, for fear of missing the first ray of sunshine shining on Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. When I opened the curtains, the top of the mountain was gradually dyed golden by the sunlight. If luck has a color, it must be golden. It is said that people who see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain will have good luck for a whole year.

Put on Naxi costumes and experience a traditional Naxi blessing ceremony. Facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, choose a stone and write your wish on it. Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is a sacred mountain in the hearts of the Naxi people. If you pray to it sincerely, your wish will be fulfilled.

November to April of the following year is the dry season in Lijiang. During these days, I can see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain twice a day when I stay in the hotel. In addition to the early morning, I can also see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain in the other direction at dusk, and harvest twice the luck from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain❤️.

There were 7 of us in the group and we had the classic stone pot fish, stone pot cured pork ribs, and dry pot yak meat. The ingredients were very fresh and the portions were generous, so the soup was particularly delicious and the meat was delicious. The boss was very warm and enthusiastic. He saw us two pots and gave me a choice of different vegetables for side dishes without repeating them. He also enthusiastically introduced us how to eat. It was really considerate. The first time I went there, I was attracted by its Tibetan style. The colorful prayer flags and wooden decorations hanging at the door instantly made people feel like they had traveled to the Tibetan Plateau. 🏔️&nbsp;After entering, the waitress was very enthusiastic and smiled as she recommended the signature dishes to us - Tibetan hot pot and hand-pulled lamb. 🍲🐑

The Tibetan hot pot is really amazing! The soup base is made from yak bones, which is super delicious. It is paired with various plateau-specific mushrooms and vegetables, which is simply fresh! 😋&nbsp;Hand-pulled lamb is also a must-order. The meat is super tender. Dip it in their special chili sauce and take a bite. Your mouth is full of happiness! 🔥&nbsp;There is also butter tea. I was a little uncomfortable at first, but the more I drank, the more I got into it. It was fragrant and mellow, especially suitable for warming up in winter. 🍵

What surprised me most was that the waitress also taught us how to use our hands to pull lamb. Although it was a bit embarrassing to eat, it was really fun! 🤣&nbsp;The whole dining process was very relaxing. It felt like not only eating, but also experiencing a culture.

They have a wide selection of drinks. I ordered a Pao Lu Da and a raw coconut latte, followed by a sparkling water.

The pizza 🍕 was amazing, and it was freshly made, not pre-made. I watched the bartender knead the dough. Takeout in Guangzhou has never had such fine bran before! It really upset my stomach.

There was a folk music singer in the afternoon. Without any requests, he actually sang Liang Bo&#39;s &quot;Sunset Boulevard.&quot; His instrumental version was amazing. Sure enough, there are Liang Bo fans everywhere.

The singer also has a cute Border Collie puppy. Watching him play with it during breaks was such a joy.

Upstairs, there&#39;s a Sky Mirror terrace where you can take photos. It&#39;s really photogenic on a sunny day.

Highly recommended. You can spend the entire afternoon there.
