The special Yunnan cross-bridge rice noodles recommended by the owner of the homestay are so pleasantly surprised after taking a bite! ! I heard from the waiter that their restaurant was originally called Zha Zha rice noodles, and later changed its name to Jiuge rice noodles, which is more famous haha😆 Don’t go wrong! Who knows the happiness of enjoying the second-floor environment at a different meal time! I stumbled upon "Jiu Ge Rice Noodles" while strolling through the ancient city of Lijiang! 🔥I rushed over and fell absolutely in love!! The storefront is gorgeous! 🏮The design, a blend of Naxi style and modern aesthetics, is unlike anything I've ever seen before!! The rice noodles are even more amazing—one bite and I screamed with delight!! 🥢Recommended broths: ✔️Chicken broth: Golden and translucent, so fresh it'll make your eyebrows fall off! ✔️Passion fruit broth: A new limited edition, tangy and refreshing! ✔️Tom Yum broth: Sour and spicy, a taste of Thailand in an instant! 🍜The rice noodles are handmade by a local master chef specially hired by the owner. Smooth, chewy, and incredibly satisfying to slurp!! The owner, Jiu Ge, is super enthusiastic ❤️ He said he starts simmering the broth at 3 AM every day, taking a full 6 hours to create this golden soup 🥣 Highly recommend sitting by the window on the second floor! 🏯Looking at the ancient city's green-tiled rooftops and listening to the tinkling wind chimes, slurping up hot rice noodles instantly cured all fatigue!
