The second time I came to Longyan, I chose Abing Hotel. I really like Longyan Hakka cuisine. It is very, very suitable. Abing Hotel is also a good Hakka restaurant in Longyan! You can dine in the hall or in private rooms, and the service is also very good! There is free rice soup, which is very comfortable to drink. This time I went to eat twice in a row and tried different dishes. The only thing I ordered was steamed river chicken twice. This is a must for eating Hakka cuisine. Their chicken tastes really good and very fresh! The casserole braised duck is also very good! It is crispy but not greasy, and the meat is deeply flavored! There are also pig's trotters that are special. After the pig's trotters are braised, they are marinated in vinegar and refrigerated in the refrigerator. They are crispy when bitten. You can try it. After eating, take a pot of rice soup and have a bowl. It is very comfortable. The consumption is still close to the people, about 65-80 yuan per person. It is worth recommending!
