There are four storefronts, mainly selling various noodles, wontons, Bobo chicken, and stewed dishes. They open at 6:40 in the morning, and only close for one hour during the day and four hours at night! To be honest, this is the first time I have seen a snack shop like this! I ordered the number one on the menu, the sauerkraut noodles, which was normal, not amazing. I ordered a very special noodle skin, which is different from the noodle skin in Xi'an, and it is very chewy. The combination with sour cowpea is even more delicious. I personally like their Bobo chicken very much. It costs one yuan per piece, and the price is the same for meat and vegetables, so eating meat dishes is more enjoyable. I looked carefully and found that there were four skewers for one chicken leg [naughty]. I really don't recommend ordering wontons. The skin is thin and there is not much meat. It feels like drinking thin noodle soup.
