This is my third visit to this high-rise sunset restaurant. Today I was incredibly lucky! The sunset was just beginning to shine through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was absolutely stunning! ✓ Charcoal Roasted Duck The skin is crispy on the outside, the inside is tender and fragrant, and the flavor is fresh and not dry at all. I absolutely love this one!! ✓ Pickled Fish with Traditional Chinese Style Pickles The portion is enormous, the fish is white and tender, and paired with the spicy and sour pickles, it's truly satisfying in one bite. ✓ Steamed Buns with Grandma's Vegetables It goes really well with rice. A spoonful of grandma's vegetables on the buns is incredibly filling! Other dishes like the Sichuan Spicy Chicken and the Scallops with Luffa are also excellent.
