In Nantong!! I will come here again and again to eat at this bistro. I was lucky to eat at Morninq Good Bistro without queuing. The wooden retro style and warm yellow lighting are very cozy.

Dad likes to eat cake dumplings. When I learned that there is also a time-honored store in Nantong that is famous for cake dumplings, I naturally made a special trip to buy some cakes to take back as souvenirs.

This store is located on South Street outside the Jiangshan Gate site of the old Tongzhou City. The antique gatehouse is very recognizable. The store is not big. The cake counter is facing the door and there are many varieties. I bought some sweet-scented osmanthus cakes and other varieties to take home. I heard they are quite delicious, similar to the ones we have at Shen Dacheng in Shanghai.

In addition to cake dumplings, this store actually also sells Chinese snacks such as noodles, fried rice, and wontons. The business is even better than cake dumplings, which is quite surprising.
