A newly opened shop. I heard from my neighbor that it is different from ordinary steamed buns. It is made with old dough. I had eaten old dough steamed buns in Qinghai Lake before and liked them very much. This shop makes steamed dumplings with seasonings and side dishes. You can take them away or eat them in the shop. There are many varieties, such as spicy steamed dumplings, hot pot steamed dumplings, mushroom meat steamed dumplings, traditional fresh meat, pickled mustard greens, spicy vermicelli, thumb pan-fried dumplings, etc. I personally don’t like it very much. It’s a bit dry.
