A trip to Fuzhou, a carnival for taste buds! From seafood casserole porridge to authentic snacks, every bite is a surprise. Today, let's reveal the food treasures that I can't forget! 🍲The first stop is to check in at the Maoji Seafood Clay Pot Porridge Headquarters in Pingtan. Authentic Cantonese dim sum is paired with a seafood feast. The fish dumplings are tender and juicy, and the oysters are fried golden and crispy. The seafood porridge for six people is even more domineering, warming the stomach and heart. Three bowls per person is no problem! Remember to look for the headquarter, the old store next door is a copy, don't be misled! 🍜Meet love at the corner, the tenderness of the seawall shacha noodles in the morning. Although I waited for half an hour for the ingredients, that bowl of rich shacha noodles was worth it! 🥤Tang Mochaxi's light sugar series, a duet of happiness and Fusu, fresh and not greasy, a magic weapon for summer heat relief! 🍗Cuijiang fried chicken, although the silver chestnut flavor has the shadow of Langweixian, it lacks a bit of surprise. Maybe eating it while it's hot will be more special? 🍲The highlight is Zhu Fugui Seafood Hotpot, it's worth the two-hour queue! The fish maw chicken has a rich base, the seafood is fresh and lively, and the beef is freshly cut and delicious. Jiangsu people are calling for a branch! 🍲Fuyu Weirong Laohua, a spicy hot pot snack that locals also love. Laohua has a unique taste, the soup base is delicious, and the light taste shows the true meaning! 🍰Juchunyuan Taro Paste, a little sweetness encountered by chance on West Street, although there is a little regret of non-dairy creamer, but the deliciousness is still online!
In the flow of time, there is a kind of delicacy that always exudes a unique charm, that is Pingtan Maoji Chaoshan Seafood Clay Pot Porridge. When fresh seafood meets fragrant and glutinous rice in the clay pot, a feast of taste begins. Every grain of rice is full of the essence of seafood, cooked to a moderate thickness, and smooth in the mouth, as if dancing a song of the ocean on the tip of the tongue. Pingtan's pure sea area gives seafood unparalleled quality. The deliciousness of crabs, the sweetness of fresh shrimps, and the mellowness of shellfish blend with each other in the clay pot, releasing a rich and fresh fragrance. The hot steam of the porridge rises, bringing the breath of the ocean, warming your body and mind. The environment in the store is elegant, simple but not without atmosphere. Whether it is to share the joy of family with family or to get together with friends to talk about life, this is an excellent choice. Come to Pingtan Chaoshan Seafood Clay Pot Porridge, let your taste buds immerse in the embrace of the ocean, and feel this high-end delicious experience. In Pingtan, leave an unforgettable memory of food.
