Today, Cindy from Love Rice Tuan led 16 of us to Pingtung (AKAME) for dinner. The most handsome chef in Taiwan has carefully collected special food ingredients from all over Taiwan. He uses (aboriginal) special barbecue to cook food. He mainly uses acacia wood to start the fire. Let the food have a mellow taste. There are also freshly made seasonings every day. Moon peach leaves, magao leaves, wild vegetables and herb dishes unique to the aboriginal tribes. Food with color, fragrance and taste. The plating is very French cuisine. It looks good and tastes good😋. It's a great restaurant. Eat from 6pm to 9:30pm. Then take a chartered car back to Kaohsiung. The nature of foodies is not afraid of the long journey.
