Liuhe Fish Restaurant, a century-old restaurant. It is very close to the exit of Chengya Expressway, the storefront is not conspicuous, it is difficult to park at the door, and there are still many diners in the two-story store. I ordered a lot of side dishes, yellow jelly, pot stickers and baba dishes. The baba dishes are salty and delicious, all very soft and rotten vegetables, I like them. The highlight is Liuhe fish, the fish is silver carp, each fish is about 6-7 pounds, the fish slices are thin, and they melt in a sip. The slightly spicy pot base is also flavored with pickled cabbage, but the pickled cabbage is a bit salty. There are no vegetables and konjac in the whole pot base, which feels like something is missing.

The fish is delicate, pollution-free, and has a smooth taste. The location is excellent and it is a must-go for foodies.

The service attitude is good, warm and thoughtful, the dishes are great, the portions are large, it is worth a try.

The fish meat is very tender and delicious, and you can order more dishes after finishing the fish.
