_We***40I flew all the way to Qingdao just for this night view! 🌃!
Who knows the joy of enjoying a buffet right here by the window?! A meal can start with a sunset 🌄, then a blues hour, and finally a light show.
Besides the cozy ocean view rooms at the InterContinental Haier Hotel, what's even more captivating is their evening buffet. Is it a buffet? No! It's about experiencing this window.
Of course, when you're in Qingdao, you have to try Tsingtao Beer. They have draft beer, with plenty of foam, and it looks fresh. Of course, there's also a variety of canned beers in the freezer. Beer from the source is the best!
The incredibly fresh salmon sashimi.
Their salmon is a must-try! A whole, vibrant salmon, with beautifully defined textures, looks incredibly tempting. The chef slices the salmon right on the spot, each slice perfectly thick. It's incredibly soft and glutinous, with a rich, succulent texture that spreads throughout the mouth. Paired with soy sauce and wasabi, it's refreshing and indulgent.
The dessert section is a true paradise for me! They offer a variety of exquisitely shaped mini cakes, including an eye-catching mermaid-themed cake. I tried a few: the cheesecake was rich and mellow, melting in my mouth; the matcha cake had a refreshing tea aroma without being cloying. Each dessert was meticulously crafted, both visually and deliciously.
I was also captivated by the Peking duck. The chef expertly slices the duck live, creating a thin, succulent skin. The duck is then wrapped in a pancake, topped with shredded green onions and cucumber, and drizzled with sweet bean sauce. The softness of the pancake, the tenderness of the duck, the freshness of the garnishes, and the sweetness of the sauce all blend together to create a truly satisfying experience!
There's also a plethora of delicious dishes, like crayfish, grilled lamb skewers, and a variety of seafood. Qingdao's seafood is undeniable, and the quality of this place is even better. #QingdaoHaierInterContinentalHotel

The most beautiful area in Qingdao must be the Olympic Sailing Center, with white sails and waves, close to the sea, very prosperous, fashionable, petty bourgeoisie and romantic. The only five-star hotel in this area is the Haier InterContinental Hotel, which is just a stone's throw away. The Olympic Sailing Base is right outside the gate behind it, and there are food and entertainment nearby. Haier InterContinental is a supporting project for the Qingdao competition area of the 2008 Olympic Games. At that time, some people called it a seven-star hotel, which shows its proud style back then. I have stayed here many times over the years, and I feel particularly cordial every time. Although the facilities are a little old, the service quality still maintains the level of InterContinental. I wish Haier InterContinental to go further!
I came to Haier Intercontinental Pinxiangyuan Buffet Restaurant today with my family. The food tasted very good, the price was very reasonable, the service was very good, especially Yana Han, the service was very good, the dishes tasted good, the decoration style was very good, the seafood and desserts tasted very good, I will come again next time! I really feel that it is a good experience!
When you don't know what to eat, choose a buffet. This time I came to Haier InterContinental with my friends. I personally like Hong Kong-style braised beef tongue, beef tripe, and duck gizzards. They are the softest and most flavorful here. Beijing roast duck (hanging oven) is also great when it is freshly roasted and cut. Today's dishes: hairy crab (fat), monkfish soup (delicious), especially the fish soup, which reflects the chef's level. I picked a few Western pastries without a base, which are delicious, especially the caramel pudding. I also recommend salmon, foie gras, and lamb chops. The service is very good, and it feels more like one-on-one. I want to praise Liu Jiahao who was busy with us throughout the whole process. There is a restroom at the door. Remember to register for free parking at the front desk before leaving.
Today, I went to Haier InterContinental Hotel with my friends to have a buffet and it was great. Because it is close to the Olympic Sailing Center, it is easy to see the scenery of the sea from the seats near the window. It is really a different experience to enjoy the scenery while tasting the food. Especially the Japanese sushi, which is not only beautifully made, but also tastes great. There are relatively few parking spaces at the main entrance of the hotel, but the security guard Master Li Jian we met was very enthusiastic. He took the initiative to guide us to the underground parking lot and answered all questions we asked. This made people feel very warm. Unlike some places, you can't find anyone if you want to park. Come back to experience it next time at night, the night view of the sea may be better.
