🤭Maybe people in Qingdao don&#39;t know Fusheng Hotel, but everyone knows Liuting Pig&#39;s Trotter.

🙁With the relocation of Liuting Airport, fierce market competition and some speculations from us, the Fusheng Hotel is indeed a bit depressed compared to a few years ago... On Sunday night, the huge parking lot seemed a bit empty.

🤗My sister invited us to a dinner and booked the place here. Five adults and two children occupied a very large room. The decoration was still the &quot;high-end&quot; that I knew when I was a child, and the table was also the kind that rotated automatically. The confidence of this century-old inheritance seems to have never changed.

🤩What surprised me was the quality of its dishes. To be honest, I have never dared to have too many extravagant expectations for the taste of this kind of family banquet restaurant... But this time my friend ordered eight dishes, and basically all of them were clean, and there was not a single dish that was a disappointment!

My favorite are the two cold dishes &quot;Lemon Boneless Chicken Feet&quot; and a cold dish that I don&#39;t know whether it is snail slices or fish belly.
