The decoration style of the red brick house is similar to that of local houses.
The Yongchun Vinegar Pig&#39;s Trotters seem to be the most distinctive, and they seem to use smoked vinegar from the north.
Quanzhou may have more people from the north, and has retained many northern eating habits, such as Yuanxiaoyuan, which is shaken like Beijing.
The pressure cooker mustard rice is also OK, but the oyster omelet feels a bit too oily, and the overall taste is not as smooth as Zhangzhou Jianguo, and the rice noodle is average.

Why not try the local seafood when visiting Quanzhou? The red crab was fresh, and paired with the glutinous chicken feet, it went perfectly with rice!
3⃣ Delicious Pig Intestines
The pig intestines were chewy but not mushy, with no hint of offal. They were well-marinated and not overly salty!
5⃣ Garlic Lettuce
The garlic lettuce mix had a refreshing aroma that was so delicious I couldn&#39;t stop! Highly recommended for a spicy and greasy snack!

Crab, crayfish dry pot combination, shrimp and egg are located in the second half of West Street, in the middle of the bar street. The environment is not big, the proprietress handles everything herself, please wait a while for the dishes to be served. The dishes taste good, the ingredients are slightly simple, and the decoration of the shrimp and crab wall is extremely flexible. I was staying on vacation in Quanzhou West Street and, following a popular online dish list, decided to try this place. They had a small portion of Quanzhou ginger duck (a must-try when in Quanzhou), Anhaishi bamboo shoot jelly (I bought one at a 32% discount on a group buy; it was delicious but small, so I ordered another), and the Chongwu fish roll soup, jellyfish salad, and stir-fried spinach with lard were all okay. The place has two floors and looks clean, but the service is excellent. They don&#39;t serve alcohol, which is quite unusual, but they do offer free tea.
