M52***33🎉Qufu Food Adventure! Checked in at a time-honored restaurant!🎉
Hey everyone! 👋 I just returned from a trip to Qufu. Not only was I captivated by the charm of the ancient city, I also discovered a time-honored restaurant that went viral on social media! 👀 Come check out my food exploration~👇
🍽️ Flavors:
The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the salty, sweet, and savory flavors of Shandong! 😋 The new hairtail fish recipe is sweet but not cloying. While not as direct as the braised or dry-fried dishes, the rich texture is irresistible! 🐟 And that smoked tofu is a true childhood memory, with a smoky aroma from the wood fire. Absolutely amazing! 🔥 Chicken instant noodles: Spicy chicken nuggets paired with super chewy hand-rolled noodles, this is hands-down the top spot! 🍜 The diced chicken with grapes—a strange name, but surprisingly delicious! The grapes are crispy and the chicken is tender. The color is a bit "artsy," though, haha. 🍇 The stir-fried shredded pork is crispy and delicious, the chili isn't too spicy, and wrapped in a pancake, it's incredibly satisfying! 🌶️ And the sweet and sour pork in a pot—it's totally my thing! 🥩 The braised fish in soy sauce is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich, rich sauce flavor. I devoured half a plate by myself! 🐟
🏠 Ambience:
Being an old restaurant, the ambiance has a vintage feel. However, they also have private rooms, perfect for family gatherings! 👨👩👧👦
💁♀️ Service:
The restaurant is so popular that the waiters are always busy, but they're super friendly. The slow service is understandable; after all, delicious food is worth the wait! ⏳
💔One minor regret:
The pork and scallion dumplings had a slightly thick skin and tasted average, but dipped in the chicken instant noodle soup, I'd give it a pass. 🥟

In short, this long-established restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! Each dish was generous, affordable, and uniquely flavorful, especially the signature dishes, which are definitely worth a try! 👏
