The taro chunks were large, perfectly thick, dry, soft, and fragrant.
This dish is my favorite.
The Enchanting Thousand Island Fish Head
While the signature fish head is large, I personally don't think it's a signature dish and still needs improvement.
The fish flavor is retained on the surface, while the interior isn't fully absorbed.
The tofu and fish share the same issue; expectations were too high. I hope to improve.
Haitang Yiwanxian (Handmade Fish Balls)
The fish balls are incredibly large. The problem with the fish balls is that they rely heavily on the broth for flavor.
The flavor of the fish balls themselves is similar to that of the fish head.
The flavor isn't as strong as the original; the ingredients could be slightly more moisturized.
Stir-fried Amaranth
This type of amaranth retains its color after stir-frying.
The amaranth is generous in size and thick, fresh.
This vegetable dish is easily enough for four people.
Overall, the presentation of the vegetables was superior to the meat. There's a lot of room for improvement.
Environment:
· The ambiance is relatively quiet and elegant. The first floor is primarily occupied by individual diners with tables of 3-4 people.
· The private rooms may be upstairs.
Service:
· The service is acceptable.
