CHENG NA WANG SHI

The mutton soup of Sanyichun is a bit too oily for me as a Yangzhou native. But it is fragrant and smooth. It would be perfect if it were lighter. The environment of the restaurant is average, and the service is OK. The focus of other mixed dishes may be to cater to the taste of local people.

The environment is good, there are discounts for mobile phone ordering, no need to queue, automatic number calling and fast collection time, delicious food, children like to come, there is also a slide for children to play, I have come to dine many times and will continue to support

For outsiders who come to Heze, this is a restaurant that must be visited, but I feel that the taste of the mutton soup is basically the same. The main thing is that it tastes hot and delicious, and it can be served with a sesame cake, which is very satisfying.

For the second meal in Shanxian, we went to Sanshenghe, which is also a time-honored brand like Sanyichun. 

The storefront is also very big, and the environment is also pretty good. I came at 10 am and found that there were still many people eating at the scattered tables. There seemed to be a lunch banquet upstairs. The dishes were ordered openly, and if you want to order soup, you just say it directly. The service is much better than Sanyichun. At least it feels friendly, but before I sat down, I found a big cockroach lying next to the table... sweat... I sat down with my head held high... 

I ordered mutton soup and sesame cakes, 

[ The taste of the [mutton soup] is OK, but to be honest, it is not as good as Sanyichun. The hot [sesame cake] is very delicious. At first, I thought it was hard from the appearance, but later I found out that it was made of leavened dough, and it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It seemed to be stuffed with peanuts, pepper and salt. It was my first time to eat this, and I liked it very much. 

Overall, it was OK. Although I personally think that the soup tastes not as good as Sanyichun, the overall impression is actually better than Sanyichun, and from the perspective of perception, locals may prefer Sanshenghe? ? I don&rsquo;t know...╮(╯▽╰)╭
