This is a western restaurant with a great environment. I came here today after seeing good online ratings. The charcoal-grilled wagyu beef is especially delicious, the dishes are very exquisite, and the service is very good. I highly recommend it!

I recently ate at four dessert shops that left me speechless, truly redefining my standards for desserts. Two fluffy bears hanging on your bag instantly transform into adorable accessories! [Get a free heart-shaped latte with any drink order] The milk foam in the latte is thick like a cloud, the coffee aroma is rich and smooth, and the shop has a retro Japanese-Western style—every snapshot is a masterpiece of atmosphere! 3️⃣ Qian Shan Po Authentic Guizhou Cuisine Highly recommend the spicy pork belly and the tofu salad with vinegar! ⚠️ A restaurant + bistro style 🥂 Who would have thought a Guizhou restaurant could turn cocktails into works of art! Nestled within the Zhangyuan Shikumen architectural complex, is a low-key yet stylish French restaurant. The red-brick villas and French romance blend seamlessly. The distressed murals on the walls evoke a sense of history. I especially loved the salmon with smoked cheese; the yogurt pesto drizzled over it resembled a Picasso canvas. Seeing Liu Yifei wearing baby's breath in her hair at the Vogue show, I've been thinking how different it would be with hydrangeas! Anyway, Ortensia—"hydrangea," my favorite flower! No wonder it's a Michelin-starred French restaurant! A treasure in my favorites list! I met up with three girlfriends. The white and blue booths were a perfect blend of French romance and Eastern aesthetics—not the stuffy old-money style, but a chic, modern vibe. I can't imagine how beautiful it must be in the sunlight during the day! 🤩 My first time ordering the Explorer Set Menu Plus, the appetizers were amazing! Five delicate and charming small dishes on a transparent plate—the charcoal-grilled chicken wings had a hidden surprise: a soft-boiled chicken lantern wrapped inside! Ingenious! The Mozambican langoustines appetizer was amazing, with cauliflower slices and sauce arranged like a work of art – the thick, semi-cooked meat was absolutely captivating! 🦐 The mackerel nestled in a wreath of clams and razor clams was like an underwater garden. 🌊 The main course, tender pink lamb served with garlic sprout "noodles," was a clever idea. 🥩 It seems like everyone loves double desserts! The soy milk mille-feuille with ice cream, showcasing the life cycle of soybeans on the plate, was absolutely 🌟 level! The cart arrived with six appetizers! We were already in love! This French restaurant in Zhangyuan, Ortensia, has been on my wishlist for a while! My friends and I happened to get together after National Day, and we met in a private room in the evening. I personally think it looks even more beautiful during the day with the sun shining through. 🤩 Ortensia means "hydrangea," and the setting is absolutely stunning! Surrounded by greenery and green booths, it offers a French romance with a touch of Chinese aesthetics. It's not a formal, old-money European style, but a chill, trendy, upstart vibe! My first time there, I chose the Discovery Set Plus, which includes appetizers and snacks. The five dishes on the transparent plate are just stunning! There were three appetizers! That's eight already? OMG, I have to give a thumbs up to the charcoal-grilled chicken wings; they're actually filled with chicken lanterns! 🥣Duck liver stewed egg and golden hook shark fin🪽 What a delicacy you can't get in a typical meal!🤤 Definitely a top-tier dish!⬆️ The Mozambique lobster🦐 appetizer was the largest I've ever had in a meal with a tire. The cauliflower slices and sauce were a work of art! The meat was also thick and firm, with a slightly runny texture. 🐟The Spanish mackerel was surrounded by a wreath of clams and razor clams. It must be from an aquarium! So pretty! 🥩The main course was fresh lamb, and the garlic chives on the side were cut into noodle shapes, a unique touch. 🍮My top recommendation is their dessert: a soy milk mille-feuille with ice cream. It tells the story of the life of the soybean on a plate. It's absolutely top-tier! White stomach 🌟 successfully won a star. Due to the controversy surrounding the "one meal" (a legendary meal), the kitchen team has been restructured, and the owner is now personally overseeing the kitchen.
