Coconut milk was poured into the pot, and a fragrant coconut aroma wafted over. The Hainan Wenchang Chicken arrived in a large pot, enough for three or four people, and was delicious with the sauce. The Australian marbled beef was thinly sliced and beautifully presented. The portion wasn't large, but the beef, blanched in the coconut chicken broth, was incredibly special, imbued with its aromatic flavor. The fresh shrimp were skewered and briefly dipped in the broth before serving. The seasonal mushroom and vegetable bounty was a basket full of mushrooms and vegetables. The lobster slices were served to start the meal, the sliced noodles were our main course, the coconut bunny dessert was adorable, and the coconut water chestnut popping balls were our drink, with their large, delicious texture. The entire staff provided excellent service, responsive and attentive to our needs. Coconut chicken is a healthy treat, and I'll be back often.

Paired with the sauce, it has a rich, sweet flavor. ☘️ "Net White Warm Splashing Shrimp Balls": The sweetness is enhanced by a touch of coconut milk. The white shell contains a small piece of fresh meat, which is very chewy. ☘️ "Coconut Crispy Fried Chicken": Fried chicken, with its modest contribution, has become a feast for the eyes in this culinary capital. It's sweet and fresh, with a subtle charred aroma. ☘️「Coastal Baby Squid」: When combined with the seasoning, the sweet and chewy nature of the baby squid is maximized, creating a rich, chewy and charming taste.
CapitaLand Mall is very convenient! Exit 8 of Metro Line 8 is right in the Xintiandi shopping district. This isn't the first time I've tried the delicious food in this building! This time, I tried the Coconut Silence Hainanese Chicken! It's a wonderful Hainanese-style restaurant with a very comfortable dining environment! Coconut chicken is actually a Hainanese hot pot! Every time I pass by Coconut Bu Yu, I see a long line, so curiosity piqued my interest. Many of the seats were already reserved. I ordered two coconuts with a bottle of Nongfu Spring water for the hot pot base, a quarter Hainanese chicken, Angus beef brisket, and heart-wrapped shrimp balls. Overall, it was pretty average. The idea of using coconut and mineral water as a hot pot base felt more like a gimmick than anything else. I personally think it would be better to just eat the coconut and drink the water; it wastes the nutrients and flavor of the ingredients, and they force-mixed the fat from the Hainanese chicken. I don't know if the chicken was cut the wrong way or something, but there wasn't much meat at all; it was all bones. I guess they want you to pay extra for boneless chicken. The Angus beef brisket was the only dish I liked. The shrimp balls were okay. A bit pricey.
