We deliberately did not eat where we lived, but chose Jiaju, which has many good reviews. It turned out that the owner was called Jiaju, a family restaurant of an elderly couple. The couple rowed across the river to the town every day to open a store. The ingredients were all brought fresh. Relying on Jiaju's skills as a chef in the army, a table of delicious dishes remained in the memory of tourists. The fish head is a large silver carp, the meat is juicy and beautiful, and with the blessing of tofu, a table of people rushed to eat it. The vegetables are also fresh and delicious, and the rapeseed oil is fragrant when cooked. The boss also sent homemade salted radish head, which tastes like home! Friends asked the boss for contact information, and they will come to Jiaju again when they come to Anhui!
