The environment is good, the taste is OK, the Neptune Golden Tofu Pot and Okra taste very good, worth trying. I went there on Chinese Valentine&#39;s Day. The food was a bit slow. 368 yuan for two adults and two children is a bit expensive, but I couldn&#39;t finish it at all.

The afternoon tea on the 25th floor of the Westin Shenzhen Yitian is really delicious, the rose 🌹 tea is good, the scenery is beautiful, the perspective is enjoyable, the environment is comfortable, and parking is convenient. I will go there again next time I have the chance!

This &quot;Wu Xiandai Chao Cuisine&quot; that looks like a modern art gallery shows the efforts of the owner to celebrate. The wallpapers in the room are all handmade rice paper from Japan. The stones scattered in the corners are also stone carvings from Syria. It is said that the wallpaper for one room alone cost more than 70,000 yuan, which shows how high the decoration cost is.
Returning to the taste experience, Wu Xiandai Chao Cuisine feels like an upgraded and fashionable version of Wu Club.
Chaoshan people believe that eating fish maw can have a nourishing and health-preserving effect, so dried fish maw is very popular in top restaurants, but what Wu Xiandai serves here is a fashionable upstart, huge fresh eel. Compared with the richness of dried goods, fresh big fish has a chewy texture and a fresh taste. If you use wine to distinguish, traditional fish maw should be paired with brandy or red wine, while fresh fish maw can be paired with a glass of frozen Burgundy Chablis.
The traditional fried cake has also been improved, and the focus is certainly not the small spoonful of top-grade Amur caviar on it. It is to make the outer layer of the whole cake dry and crispy. Many people like the aroma of rice cakes, but are deterred by the greasy texture. Now there is a modern solution to traditional problems.
The traditional hard dishes are still of solid quality. The presentation form took a lot of effort. The plump 36-month-old lion head goose with big goose feet is my favorite Chaoshan marinade. After removing the bones and cutting into strips, it has taken off the wildness of the grass and rivers and become gentle and delicate.
The improvement ideas of modern Chaoshan cuisine may be seen from the design of wine. Many traditional Chaoshan restaurants are more suitable for drinking cognac and Chinese liquor, while Wu Xiandai&rsquo;s overall system is more suitable for wine appreciation and matching. The system creation of the atmosphere has also changed from traditional festive carnival to Zen-like tranquil aesthetics.

Happy farewell to 2025, and hello to a blissful and fulfilling 2026! Dad said his company used to host banquets for foreign guests here, and they were very touched, so our family came here for a big New Year&#39;s feast.

We ordered the recommended snow crab and black abalone, which were incredibly fresh and sweet. Grandpa especially loved the Wagyu beef; it was rich in fat and suited his taste perfectly.

The two of us younger folks preferred the Japanese hot pot; it was steaming hot and very appetizing&mdash;highly recommended!

The first morning tea in Shenzhen, lobster noodles in bamboo tubes, not much to eat but full, golden sand red rice sausage, spring rolls with full shrimp meat, children like to eat sweet coffee jelly, chicken feet is also a signature, almost every table must order. Spinach dumplings are surprisingly delicious, children&#39;s favorite black gold lava buns, delicate taste, eat three in one bite without any pressure.

The Chinese restaurant has attentive service and a clean and tidy environment. Although the hotel is Spanish-style, the Chinese restaurant is very authentic Chinese from decoration to food, with dark red as the theme color. The dishes are served quickly and the private rooms are comfortable.

环境挺好，味道也可以，海皇黄金豆腐煲和秋葵味道很不错，值得尝试，就是七夕去的，上菜有点慢，两大两小368元有点小贵，不过根本吃不完

中国元素中餐厅，这家餐厅环境还算不错，我们点了烧鹅有点咸，但是很下饭，所以我们还点了一锅皮蛋瘦肉粥，很浓稠。虾饼味道也不错。

Chinese Elements Chinese Restaurant, the environment of this restaurant is pretty good, we ordered roast goose which was a bit salty, but it went well with rice, so we also ordered a pot of preserved egg and lean meat porridge, which was very thick. The shrimp cakes tasted good too.

地點真係無得彈，超方便，出入shopping或者搵食都一流～📍

不過，前台同禮賓部嘅服務，可以話係極差，完全冇體驗到應有嘅酒店級別…🙄完全冇禮貌。

講到中餐更加係失望，味道就係一般茶餐廳水準，完全冇高級酒店嘅精緻感——絕對唔值個價錢！唔會再考慮入住了😤
