I took a taxi right after getting off the train in the morning, and it took 20 minutes to get there. The store is not very big, but it is easy to find. There are not many people in the morning. I ordered a bowl of millet porridge first. The porridge is thick and has sweet potatoes, which warms the stomach! Next, I ordered a plate of sausage and meat fire cake and a bowl of donkey meat soup. The fire cake is crispy on the outside and tender on the meat. The soup is pure and full of ingredients. Except for the fact that I, a southerner, feel that the soup is a bit oily, everything else feels good!

Baoding Donkey Meat Zhang (Huaizhong Road Branch) has an elegant, spacious and bright environment, and the donkey meat hotpot tastes good.

I haven't eaten it for a long time. I was passing by on a business trip and stopped to eat it. It was still as delicious as I remembered!

The environment is nice, the location is easy to find, the food is served quickly, sometimes people have to queue up during meal times, but the taste has not changed, good reviews!
