The Chinese garden layout, white walls and black tiles are very artistic. The Suzhou cuisine is delicious. Shrimp and yellow croaker are delicious.
Stir-fried three shrimp wings: shrimp meat, shrimp brain, shrimp roe, golden shank, and silver sprouts. Songxia Crab Soup: winter melon, loofah, celery sprouts, cilantro sprouts, and radish sprouts. Ding's steamed dishes: smoked fish, salted egg dumplings, pork skin, ham, and pigeon eggs. Gusu Baofu, mushroom oil tofu, fermented shrimp, crab wontons, shrimp roe crispy pastry, and more—all exquisitely prepared. Two teas are served: Biluochun black tea with loquat flowers before the meal and Biluochun white tea during the meal.
