Right here at the train station, it's just right to eat some ramen before getting on the train. The Tom Yum ramen is very good, with big shrimps in it, and the price here in Taiwan is cheap, which is about the same as the average price of ramen in mainland China.

I've heard of Ippudo's fame for a long time, but there's always a long queue every time. Today I passed by the high-speed rail, and it wasn't meal time, so there were few people inside. I finally got to try it. I have a special liking for tonkotsu ramen, and its ramen is sprinkled with freshly ground sesame powder on the side, which is a big plus.
