I was very excited to finally experience the lovely Xinjiang. The place is really big, with local Xinjiang characteristics. We went there at around 9 o'clock and it was almost full. A table of four ordered five dishes. We ate the vermicelli and prawns so quickly that we didn't have time to take a photo [grin][grin][grin][grin] The stir-fried lamb tripe was very chewy at first and tasted average, but it tasted better and better as we ate more. The other dishes tasted average, but after the meal, they were paired with the Haagen-Dazs ice cream cake we brought with us, which was extraordinary hahaha [naughty] (just kidding). The prices of the dishes can be said to be very high. I personally feel that there is still a gap between the price and the taste of the dishes. I didn't feel satisfied after eating.
