I came here in the summer, and the first flight was free to fly. The flights from Beijing to Wenshan were intermittent, and it happened to be temporarily opened again, so I flew here quickly. Wenshan is an area where ethnic minorities gather, and the food is relatively unique, with sour and spicy being the characteristics, which is probably related to the climate here. Among them, the pork trotter hot pot in this restaurant has been recommended several times by friends. The pork trotters here are pre-bone-cut and soaked in red oil, and they are quickly cooked in the hot pot. The store owner saw that I couldn't eat spicy food, so he specially prepared non-spicy food for me. The sour soup enhanced the flavor and was very delicious. I ordered fried bean curd sticks as a side dish, which is basically enough for one person. In short, it is recommended to experience when you go to Wenshan
