This shop is located in the courtyard of Qingshan Wugang Hotel. It is a relatively hidden small shop. I went there early in the afternoon when there were not many people. I found a table close to the air conditioner and sat down. The decoration style inside is more nostalgic, and the whole atmosphere is relatively quiet. Drinks and fruits are all self-service.

The stove is charcoal grilled, and you can smell the meat during the process. Each kind of meat is cooked, and the ingredients are relatively fresh. The beef is chewy and can be eaten with a small amount of chili powder. The whole process is self-service, no one helps to grill, but fortunately it does not require too much technology.

Recently, barbecue restaurants in the three towns of Wuhan have sprung up one after another, whether Japanese, Korean, or Chinese. However, Pangji Barbecue in Qingshan, which is rooted in barbecue and specializes in Wuhan flavor, is still very popular and full of diners! We went there during dinner time on a weekday, and fortunately arrived before six o&#39;clock, otherwise we would have to wait in line again! 
The whole experience was very good, after all, it was based on &quot;Erpang Barbecue&quot;, which I personally have always recognized as the leader of the Qingshan barbecue industry. Zuimei Fresh Fish is opposite Gangdu Middle School. There is a parking space at the door.
