The Italian bolognese pasta had a perfectly balanced sweet and sour flavor; the meat sauce was simmered long enough to bring out the freshness of the tomatoes and the aroma of the minced meat. The pizza had a generous amount of cheese; when it was hot, the cheese was incredibly stretchy and could be pulled apart very quickly. The texture wasn't as good when it cooled down. I recommend that two people order one pasta dish and one pizza, otherwise it can be a bit too much.
I've been to this restaurant three times! Every time I come, I always order the classic tomato pasta. The sauce is absolutely amazing—sweet and sour, so incredibly appetizing, and the pasta is cooked to perfection. Don't you also love that feeling of being coated in sauce? Me too, haha! The popular platter and Wellington steak are also good, but the pasta is divine in my heart.
The pizzas are made to order, and the crust is indeed crispy while the inside is soft. The durian waterfall pizza is generously topped; the durian flesh bursts out with every bite. However, we locals generally don't choose these fancy pizzas; they prefer the thin crust at established restaurants.
