I went to Xuzhou on a business trip. I searched online and found that clay pot chicken was recommended, so I took a taxi to find it. Xuzhou dishes are salty, so you should be careful when ordering the dishes that go with rice. We felt it was too salty. Xuzhou dishes are big in portion.
