Da Chao Huai Huaiyang Cuisine (Heyuan Flagship Store)

Came here on April 24, 2024. Delicious, really delicious! It's worth coming here to check it out! I've had a few meals in Yangzhou that were pretty much the same, but I found something new here. Several of his signature dishes not only bring a sense of freshness, but also have a unique taste. I highly recommend the wooden barrel fish soup beef brisket, the King's hand-torn braised pork ribs, and the Huadiao cooked and drunken shrimp. This restaurant is quite popular, and you need to queue up for a seat even on weekdays. If you are a tourist, it's best to visit the He Garden next door in the afternoon and try to arrive at the store before 5 o'clock to reduce the waiting time.

The restaurant is near He Garden. The dishes are a modified version of Huaiyang cuisine. I personally feel that it is very good. It has the delicacy of Huaiyang cuisine and incorporates many advantages of other cuisines. I went here on the weekend. There were a lot more people than usual. I waited for a while before I got a seat. The service in the restaurant is very good and can basically meet the various requirements of the guests. I will come again next time!

Cheap and good Huaiyang cuisine, no more orders. Pineapple fried dough sticks are delicious, old fried dough sticks are crispy. Fried durian is delicious, full of durian. Wooden barrel shrimp, tender shrimp meat, with udon noodles.

The average cost per person was 70, which was quite good. It was a good value for money. Old goose, lion head, crab meat dried shreds, squirrel fish, several classic Huaiyang dishes, all cooked well, the standard is online. What's rare is that I ordered a spicy dish, the green pepper eel belly slices were also cooked quite well, spicy enough, and quite good with rice.
