After doing some research, I found that this is a morning tea shop frequented by locals. The environment is down-to-earth and the price is more affordable than Quyuan. I arrived at the shop at around 10 am on a weekday, and there were only a few customers. I recommend the big boiled dried shredded vegetables (the soup is very fresh, suitable for 3 or 4 people), five-piece buns, crab meat dumplings and shrimp roe wontons, which taste very good. In addition, the shop also has take-out service, which is quite convenient. The location of the Garden Tea House (Imperial Palace Branch) is very close to Dayang Salted Goose, so you can go there together.

Before we set off, I was looking forward to the morning tea in Yangzhou. I am a real foodie. There are many branches of Garden Tea House in Yangzhou. The one we went to is opposite the Slender West Lake. I thought there would be a lot of people, but it was very empty. The few people sitting there were all local diners. I ordered a lot of noodles, including three-piece buns, tofu skin buns, wontons, mixed noodles, steamed buns and steamed cakes. I am a person who loves noodles. Except for the sweet steamed cakes, the others are all delicious. I also ordered a cup of soy milk, which I think is average and not as good as the one we have in Shanghai.
