Yangzhou is a food capital. There is a Yiyuan Hotel near Siwangting. If you come to Yangzhou, you must want to try their crab roe soup dumplings and boiled dried shredded vegetables. The taste is very good and the price is relatively reasonable. It is a restaurant with high cost performance.
It is still the old brand in Siwangting. I have come here to eat more than once. The hot dried bean curd has lost its soul. It seems to be made by a machine. It is not fine enough and not amazing enough. It seems that there is some price increase. But I still have to eat it.
The location and environment are very good. It is right next to the Siwang Pavilion, and the transportation is very convenient. The waiters upstairs and downstairs are very enthusiastic, helping to seat and order food and tidy up the tableware. The hot dried silk is very wonderful, and the aroma of sesame oil is fascinating. The crab roe lion head is not greasy. Several snacks are very delicious. The most rare thing is the 6 yuan a bowl of plain noodles, which is definitely a conscientious dish. It deserves the "must eat list"! [Candy] [Taste] [Environment] [Service]
I recently had dinner twice at this restaurant. Taking the elevator up to the second-floor dining room, I felt it was magnificent and grand. I ordered Yangzhou crab meat and lion's head, crab meat and tofu, shredded eel with chives, large boiled dried bean curd strips, and three-diced steamed buns. They were all delicious, generous, and reasonably priced. Even the braised pork with green peppers and edamame was incredibly flavorful, with a beautiful appearance and flavor. However, I found the Yangzhou Chaofan (rice rice) to be just average. Anyway, I'll definitely dine here again when I'm in Yangzhou.
Good food, beautiful environment, good service. Welcome friends.
