The more recommended ones are Huangshan sesame cakes and Hui-style sesame cakes. Huangshan sesame cakes are filled with pickled mustard greens. I like them very much. They are small and good to eat 1 or 2. Hui-style cakes have sweet and salty tastes. Most people buy sweet ones. They smell very fragrant and taste sweet but not greasy.
