I went to Ningxia to play. The most famous ones are hand-pulled mutton and beach sheep. After going to the film and television city, it takes 20 minutes to drive to Yinchuan City. This restaurant ranks the highest. The environment is very homely, without special decorations. I ordered hand-pulled mutton and whole sheep. The mutton is really different. It tastes very delicious. The mutton is tender and tasty. There are also whole sheep, sheep eyes and sheep heads in various positions, which are very addictive to eat with sauce; Wolfberry tea, there are many ingredients in it, and it is fragrant. Craft beer, such a big bottle!

Ctrip.com recommended a must-eat restaurant, so after tasting Xiaoye Hand-Pulled Lamb and Lao Mao Hand-Pulled Lamb, the last lunch of the Yinchuan tour was chosen from Guoqiang Hand-Pulled Lamb, which is not far from the Ningxia Museum. Yinchuan's hand-pulled lamb is basically 118 per catty, starting from half a catty, and you can freely choose the meat of various parts of the lamb. This time I chose pure lean lamb leg meat, which is indeed much more delicious than the fat and lean lamb last time. At least I don’t feel greasy after eating it. It was the first time to order eight-treasure tea. It uses dried longan, red dates, wolfberry and other main ingredients plus white sugar. It is very sweet and tastes better after brewing several times. The fried beef with sand onion is also very delicious. The sand onion has no onion taste and has a fresh vegetable fragrance. I don’t know if it is a regional characteristic. The attitude of the waiters in Yinchuan Hotel is very cold. However, the large amount of food and the delicious lamb barely cover up other shortcomings.

I checked online and found that this restaurant has a good rating. It is indeed good. I went there at 6:30 and they said that the signature hand-pulled lamb was out of stock. However, the grilled lamb chops were also delicious. I ordered three dishes, grilled lamb chops, stewed beef, and stir-fried vegetables. They were ok. The stewed beef was a little salty. In addition, the eight-treasure tea was really delicious.

I ordered the special hand-pulled lamb! I chose the leaner lamb neck! With the dipping sauce, it tastes great, the lamb is tender and has no smell.
