The store is doing so well. The hall is packed with guests and nearly 90% of the private rooms are reserved, which shows the appeal of good brands and good products to consumers. A Zhuang is right. A Zhuang Henan Restaurant was recommended by my Henan friends as the best. The noodle pit chili is coated with red chili oil and wrapped in handmade dough. Even though I, a Sichuanese, and Mr. Zou, an old Beijinger, were full, they kept wrapping the noodles. The stone-cooked eggs contained Chinese toon sprouts, which tasted good and tender. The iced osmanthus pears were refreshing and sweet. The other dishes were all pretty standard and there was nothing wrong with them. I think this is the Henan restaurant that suits me best.
