This Yunnan Tong Ladle Fire Pit restaurant in Zhengzhou offers charcoal barbecue and copper pots. Enjoy both hot pot and barbecue, which is incredibly satisfying. The beef and mushrooms are flown in from Yunnan. We ordered the signature soup base, which can be topped with beef, offal, mushrooms, and more.
