Lu Ban Zhang&#39;s Scallion-fried Sea Cucumber is located in the middle section of Mazhuang Street. It is a large restaurant with a very beautiful interior. It has many dishes, such as Scallion-fried Sea Cucumber, Lu Ban Roast Duck, and Hot and Sour Mullet Egg Soup, all of which taste very good.

For my first meal in Zhengzhou, I tried the famous Henan dish, the Yellow River carp. It tasted great, without any earthy smell, and was fresh and juicy. The mutton noodle soup was thick and the noodles were chewy, and the cold noodle was smooth and delicious, with great flavor!

I arrived at 7:30 pm, and there were still a bunch of people sitting on the benches at the door, waiting with great interest! There were melon seeds and tea, but it was really boring. From the transparent glass windowsill, you can see the fresh crayfish taking a bath. I waited for another 20 minutes, but there was no movement. I was so hungry that I simply chose to take out so that I could eat earlier. The taste was not bad, both the thirteen spices and the spicy ones were delicious, and the spicy ones were more flavorful. There were also peeled shrimp balls, but they were just average. Crayfish are more fresh when eaten with the shell.
