豫宋家油泼面

While walking around Zhengzhou, I found a store I saw on a blog before! And it is said to be very good. There happened to be a group purchase, so I went to check it out~ This store is said to have been renovated and moved, so the environment is very new! The waiter's attitude is not very good, but basically everything is still there! The environment is much better than some street shops. When you enter the store, you will see cold dishes. This is also a feature of eating noodles in Zhengzhou. It probably relieves the time waiting for noodles to be cooked! The oil-splashed noodles purchased in the group are big meat, and there is also beef in the store! To be honest, I don’t think it tastes very good, and the big meat is relatively dry, which is completely different from what some people recommend. The oil-splashed noodles are not very hot when they are served, and the noodles feel a little undercooked! I don’t know if this is my illusion! Compared with the oil-splashed noodles, the cold dish platter gave me a lot of surprises! It is refreshing and appetizing. The several types I chose are all delicious!

This shop is located on Qingfeng Street. It is an old shop. It changed its name in the middle. Its oil-splashed noodles taste very good, the noodles are chewy, there is a lot of meat, it is very affordable, and the price has not increased much.
