Today I happened to pass by their restaurant, so I came in to have a home cooking meal with a few friends. But relatively speaking, their food is pretty good. I ordered about ten dishes, so I won't comment on them one by one. From the service to the environment, to the standard dishes, I'm quite satisfied, and it's worth recommending for travel.

When I came to Daqinghua Dumplings, I read the restaurant introduction and learned that Daqinghua Dumplings was the first Manchu restaurant chain, and it was inscribed by Mr. Pu Jie himself. The dumplings are thin-skinned and large-stuffed, with a wide variety of varieties, authentic taste, and delicious side dishes.
This is another long-standing restaurant in Zhengzhou. Its location and decor haven't changed over the years, making it incredibly unique. The dishes are excellent value for money, and the flavors remain the same after all these years. They're quite good. There are many highly recommended dishes, including the "Large Rice Noodles," "Northeastern Big Bones," "Vegetarian Dumplings," "Fennel Dumplings," and "Pork and Scallion Dumplings," all of which are must-try items.
