The famous Zuixian stewed noodles, I just had time to try it. The restaurant was already occupied, so we only ordered a small portion of stewed noodles, 2 liang, 14 yuan, and a large portion of 4 liang for 15. The noodles were served very quickly, with white sesame seeds floating on the surface, yellow, curry flavor, and a layer of oil. The soup base is very rich, a little salty, but if it is not salty, it may be greasy, very fragrant, and the noodles are just so-so. There is a lot of meat, braised lamb cubes, but there is a little more fat. I don't think it is much different from the fourth factory next door. Personally, I like this one a little more.
